Winter Rates:
(October 1st through November 15th through June 14th)

• $160.00 per night + tax (2 night minimum)
• $175.00 per night + tax (1 night minimum)not always available

********Winter Special (valid above dates)*********: Stay 2 nights - receive your 3rd night FREE!  (Valid Sunday thru Thursday, except holidays. Save $150.00!

Summer Rates:
(June 15th through September 30th)

• $175.00 per night + tax (2 night minimum)
• $195.00 per night + tax (1 night minimum)
• Two night minimum stay on weekends

   We prefer check or cash for payment but require a credit card to reserve and to hold your reservations. There is no deposit or cleaning fee!

Please note:

• Sorry, we are unable to take pets at this location
• Smoking is permitted on your deck only.

Cancellation policy:

• 2 weeks prior notice is required to receive a full refund, otherwise you
• are responsible for full payment.   If we are able to rebook, your refund will be returned minus a $50 service fee.
